I don't know if these guys just don't realize how annoying the sound of their motorcycles are...but it really is...I know what you mean...I think there is a by-law for noise decibles.

Is anybody else bothered by this?.... By the sounds and sights that I have seen he just seems to have fun riding around the blocks of Victoria an Commercial for his own enjoyment. Seems a shame and frankly very annoying. I find it to be so very uneseccary. Coments, ideas and suggestions are welcomed to get the flow going.
